Bloom: A Burnout Recovery Group for Therapists
Reclaim your energy, restore your boundaries, and reconnect with your vitality.
Bloom is a four-week regenerative reset for therapists. It blends experiential, somatic, and nature-based practices to nurture your whole self. Step away from burnout and into a professionally curated space designed for renewal, reflection, and restoration.
In-person at a special, expansive private studio:
247 Water Street, Brooklyn, NY 11201
Dates & Time: May 5 - 26, 2026 | Tuesdays, 5:30–6:45 pm
Limited to 8 participants to maintain depth and intimacy.
Non-clinical. Professionally curated.
This group is for
Therapists who feel depleted, over extended, or on the edge of burnout. If you find yourself giving without being replenished, absorbing too much, struggle to set boundaries, or long for a space to be held. And to reconnect with your vitality and purpose - then this group is for you.
You are ready to prioritize your own restoration while being supported in a professionally curated, peer-based container.
Especially supportive for: empaths, highly sensitive people, and givers.
Approach
Somatic Practices
Release emotional overload, clear accumulated energy, and strengthen subtle, embodied boundaries. Participants will have access to use of a biomat before, during, and after each session.
Guided Meditation & Visualization
Reset your nervous system and experience what it feels like to receive - without performing, holding, or leading.
Intentional Group Sharing
Dedicated time each session to reflect, process, and speak honestly about your needs, clarity, and capacity - in a space where you are not the therapist. This is a protected, confidential therapist only container.
Regenerative Tools
Practical, sustainable practices you can integrate into your daily life to replenish your energy and prevent future burnout.
Ecotherapy & Nature Connection
Reconnecting with the natural world to restore grounding, perspective, safety, and a felt sense of belonging.
You support others in tending to their inner worlds. This is your space to be supported.
Facilitated by Maia Kiley, LMFT
Maia is a licensed marriage and family therapist based in Brooklyn, licensed in NY, CA, and VT. She brings over a decade of experience leading therapy groups, retreats, and community spaces, and has been in private practice for seven years.
Her approach integrates depth psychotherapy, Internal Family Systems, somatic practices, and ecotherapy, with a particular sensitivity to burnout and the impact of long-term caregiving roles. Maia creates spaces that are both contained and expansive - where clinicians can soften, reflect, and reconnect with themselves beyond their professional identities.
Her facilitation is direct, grounded, collaborative, and calming, offering both structure and spaciousness for meaningful inner work.
