EcoAwaken

We don’t have time to play small. We get to step into our full, embodied ecological selves now. EcoAwaken is a guided journey into the heart of belonging. A space to remember yourself as nature. To feel the pulse of the Earth in your body. And touch the wild wisdom that lives within you.

Through movement, reflection, storytelling, and somatic practices drawn from nature-based therapy, we weave a soulful container for personal and planetary renewal.

Together, we explore how to root deeply in these changing times, live in alignment with a regenerative future, and rise into our roles as stewards, dreamers, and healers.

EcoAwaken is for changemakers, lovers of Earth, and vision-holders ready to step fully into their embodied, interconnected selves.
